Made for the Fool Factory, this shark fin debuted as part of the ‘Between the Flags: 100 years of Surf Lifesaving’ exhibition, and 2007 Australia Day celebrations at the National Museum of Australia. It is remote controlled and made of light EVA foam sheeting.

These three beautiful masks were made by someone else (nor sure who – perhaps Marie-Martine Ferraro?) in the 80’s, but I was asked to repair them by The Fool Factory. They were an interesting mixture of paper mache and cloth, and it was a pleasure to give life back to such lovely creatures.
