Christmas elf

This little elf head was made for The Fool Factory. He plays a part in their Christmas entertainment shows. The head is made from paper mache and is about 10cm tall.

Designer and maker for Canberra Youth Theatre’s end of 2006 production, The Moth Tree: An Awesome Adventure. The play was developed in a collaborative process involving the group of 8 to 12 year olds.

Dave Winer sculpture

This was a personal project, a large sculpture of Dave Winer, to reflect my appreciation for RSS, and Dave’s role in starting and developing it. My original intention was to make a large puppet for Web One Day, 22 September 2006, but for various reasons it didn’t eventuate.

Giant fruitbat

A large Fruitbat character for roving entertainment, made for The Fool Factory. The Fool Factory designed and developed the articulated wing mech, skeleton and the head animatonics, which included eyes mechs from Studio Kite. Goblin

This halloween goblin was a personal project, made for Loobylu’s October Month of Softies theme All Hallow’s Hysteria. It stands about 10cm tall, and is made of fimo, pipe cleaners, buckle pieces and leather scraps.
