This cartoon handheld mask of Joh Bjelke-Peterson was made for Old Parliament House, for the launch of the Campaign – Federal Elections photographic exhibition at Old Parliament House, Canberra.

These three beautiful masks were made by someone else (nor sure who – perhaps Marie-Martine Ferraro?) in the 80’s, but I was asked to repair them by The Fool Factory. They were an interesting mixture of paper mache and cloth, and it was a pleasure to give life back to such lovely creatures.
