Pictures: Twinkle Twinkle Little Fish

Twinkle Twinkle Little Fish was originally produced by QPAC, Queensland, commissioned by Cate Fowler as the centrepiece for Queensland's Out of the Box Festival in 1998.

South Australia's Windmill Performing Arts Company presented an inaugural Adelaide season of Twinkle Twinkle Little Fish in 2002, and then took the production to Parramatta Riverside Theatre for the Sydney Festival in January 2003. An international tour followed in February to Montreal and then Broadway, for a New York season at the New Victory Theatre.

In May 2003 Twinkle Twinkle Little Fish won two Helpmann Awards (Australia's peak performing arts prizes), for Best Visual or Physical Theatre Production, and Best Presentation for Children.
