  1. Stuffed shape on a stand to build on

  2. Sculpt of the drop bear

  3. Sculpt covered with alfoil

  4. Alfoil layer covered with several layers of masking tape

  5. Marked with lines of where to cut, labelled so the pieces can be matched

  6. Cutting off the pieces of pattern along lines

  7. Curved pattern piece will be cut into smaller pieces so it lies flat

  8. Piece now lying flat

  9. Pattern pieces

  10. Placing pattern pieces on foam to cut out

  11. Gluing pieces together

  15. Head skinned with muslin. Thin foam sheeting added on lips to smooth them out.
