The idea is based on a similar project, <a href=\"http:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20090913165630\/http:\/\/svc189.bne146v.server-web.com\/artforce\/default.asp\">Artforce<\/a>, an initiative of Brisbane City Council managed by Queensland Urban Ecology.
