His short performance during the Saturday night cabaret was exciting, bizarre, gross, and hilarious. Jonathon works as a freelance theatre designer, illustrator and puppeteer.<\/p>\n<p>According to his <a href=\"http:\/\/www.visualartist.info\/visualartist\/artist\/subpage.asp?ex=cv&amp;I=2867&amp;artistId=1504&amp;PageId=2867\">bio<\/a>, among many other things, he created The Red Tree installation &#8212; &#8216;an interactive experience full of little surprises for the eyes, ears,heart and mind&#8217; &#8212; that accompanied the QPAC&#8217;s Out of the Box production of ShaunTan&#8217;s beautiful picture book <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/exec\/obidos\/redirect?tag=spiritsdancin-20&amp;path=tg\/detail\/-\/0968876838\/qid=1110677661\/sr=8-1\/ref=pd_ka_1\/?v=glance&amp;s=books&amp;n=507846\">&#8216;The Red Tree&#8217;<\/a> in 2004.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/exec\/obidos\/redirect?tag=spiritsdancin-20&amp;path=tg\/detail\/-\/0968876838\/qid=1110677661\/sr=8-1\/ref=pd_ka_1\/?v=glance&amp;s=books&amp;n=507846\"><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Redtree\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spiritsdancing.com\/blog\/redtree.jpg\" alt=\"Redtree\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>This year he is designing <a href=\"http:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20051017193517\/http:\/\/www.laboite.com.au\/02_whats_on\/creche.htm\">&#8216;Creche and Burn&#8217;<\/a> (on stage in April) and <a href=\"http:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20051017192111\/http:\/\/www.laboite.com.au:80\/02_whats_on\/jeremiah.htm\">&#8216;The Dance of Jeramiah&#8217;<\/a> (in Oct-Nov) for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.laboite.com.au\">LaBoite Theatre<\/a>, and a production of the Dicken&#8217;s classic <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/exec\/obidos\/external-search?search-type=ss&amp;tag=spiritsdancin-20&amp;keyword=A%20Christmas%20Carol&amp;index=books\">&#8216;A Christmas Carol&#8217;<\/a> for the <a>Queensland Theatre Company<\/a> late in the year.
